Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a focus on warehousing to join our client’s team in Cape Town. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the warehousing operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities
Direct and achieve operational objectives. Oversee accounts and manage financial aspects of the operation. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage. Oversee warehouse processes and manage staff to ensure efficient operations. Handle inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Continue the digital transformation of warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and performance to senior management.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution or supply chain. Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or business management. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software (ERP), MS office esp Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Process orientated Experience with digital transformation initiatives in warehouse operations.
