Motor Insurance and Non-Insurance Value Added Products and Services Call Center seeking a Broker Relationship Manager.
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to lead our team of broker relationship consultants in driving sales growth and increasing market share within the traditional independent and corporate broker segment. As the Regional Broker Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing broker partners, as well as identifying and developing new partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management
Communicate the function's strategy and business plan to the team, and motivate them to achieve local business goals. Build a high-performance culture through effective team management and employee engagement. Ensure sales growth by delivering agreed business plan targets.
Broker Relationship Management
Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing and potential broker partners. Maintain ongoing relationships with broker partners to ensure their needs are met. Proactively engage with brokers to identify new opportunities, communicate product changes and enhancements, and provide relevant feedback on portfolio performance. Analyze and report on broker sales data to execute on the broker strategy.
Performance Management
Set appropriate performance objectives for team members and hold them accountable for achieving these. Manage and report on the performance of the team, and take corrective action where necessary.
Operational Compliance
Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct. Ensure broker partners are compliant with relevant regulations and codes of conduct.
Qualifications:
Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential) Regulatory Examination (Essential) Short term insurance qualification such as Business Insurance (Essential) B.Com/Higher Diploma or equivalent business related qualification(Advantageous) Regulatory Examination 5 (Advantageous)
Experience:
3-5 years experience in Broker Account Management environment (Essential); Experience In Financial Services Industry (Essential) Experience in Key Account Management (Advantageous) 3 or more years experience in managing a Key Account Management Team (Essential)
