Supply Chain Associate Manager Isando manages all supply chain operations on site including raw material and finish goods production planning, order management and Forward Solutions business. Oversees employees to ensure accurate and timely deliveries of raw materials, finish goods and Forward Solution business continuity. Manages inventory and maximize manufacturing efficiency

Your key responsibilities
•Deliver required supply chain results: applicable KPI’s (OTIF, Lead Time, Inventory Value, CDI)
•Cooperation with customers: providing highest service to customers, maintaining relationships including audits, visits at customer sites, improvement projects
•Cooperation with suppliers: maintaining relationships to ensure best possible service from suppliers (transportation, raw materials)
•Support for local, regional and global management: troubleshooting, operational and logistics excellence, as well as multifunctional projects
•Managing the local supply chain team using mentoring and coaching
•Cross functional groups environment: job holder supports various functional groups like customer service, account managers, raw material qualification, formulation and forward solutions across the organization with operational and logistics insight
You bring
• 3 years or more in similar position.
• Master’s degree or Supply Chain qualification/certification
• Deep knowledge of supply chain and operations
• Fluency in English.
• Superior Excel skills.
• High learning agility, open-minded personality and influencing skills, stakeholder’s management
• SAP or other platforms experience.
• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
• A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
• Accountability to decision-making, ensuring alignment with our values and achieving positive outcomes.
