Responsibilities
: Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures. Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities. Communicate financial results to management and stakeholders. Ensure that financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Work with other members of the finance team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial reporting. Master's degree in accounting or finance. Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Experience with international financial reporting standards. Experience with budgeting and forecasting. Experience with financial analysis and modeling.
