Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, implement and execute a corporate marketing strategy. Develop a marketing budget. Standardize company marketing and public relations communication. Collaborate with media organizations. Manage all social media portals to build brand awareness. Assist in producing board reports and board presentations. Ensure up-to-date property photo library. Arrange industry events and presentations. Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand awareness. Planning, organizing, managing and executing marketing projects and initiatives. Conducting competitor research and research demand for our properties Liaison with external property managers to maximise property marketing efforts. Liaison with the leasing team to: Produce property brochures and premises brochures
Design, update and issue vacancy schedules
Skills & competencies
Relevant marketing qualification Minimum 5 years in a marketing capacity Property experience receives preference Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels Keep abreast with industry developments and AI portals Ability to take instruction and work independently Proficiency with MS Office, web design, social media pages Property market research skills Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Skilled and eloquent communicator (verbal and written) Utilise strong writing and research skills Experience with conferencing and event management Ability to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate flexibility Excellent time management skills, professional discretion, and excellent people skills Full MS Office suite proficiencies Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
