Purpose
•To provide support to the Product Industrialization to support right first-time introduction of new production on-site.
•To foster compliance for local materials introduction (NPI) through MDM validations and to meet QHSE compliance in all aspects.
•Timeously update MDM requests and registering all the MDM tickets on the MDM follow up Excel
•To provide support with local production trials in order to achieve first time right on all new introductions to local production.
•To actively participate and support in all the local industrialization projects through guidance from Industrialisation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in validating MDM requests by proceeding with technical review of formulae.
• Evaluate, update/create and upload on SAP production mixing instruction (MI) with support from local PI rep.
• Support production with trials to ensure compliance to MI, standards and specifications of the company as well as the country’s production standards
• Capture and maintain all trial request data from start to finish and update any deviations.
You Bring
•A tertiary qualification in Food Technology
•Minimum of 0-3 years of Industrialization, technical/lab and/or production experience
•Excellent organizational skills.
•SAP knowledge
•Ability to learn and work with multiple work programs
•Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret information
•Effective interpersonal skills
•Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail
•In the absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered
