A well established company based in Weltevreden Park is seeking a Consignment Clerk/Stores Assistant. Duties: Out of Office Responsibilities: Maintenance of consignment sets / Hospital owned sets checking and filling sets, following up on missing items and stock discrepancies State Hospital paperwork follow each state hospitals administrative procedure from submission, order number follow up, invoice delivery to payment Deliver and/or collect deliveries from/to couriers or airport Complete deliveries to customers Weekend/public holiday rotational call for emergency loan set delivery Company Vehicle will be available for travelling In Office Responsibilities: General stores duties including; Document filing and tracking Maintaining checklists for sets and consignment stock Collect and arrange courier deliveries and parcels. checking, cleaning and filling loan sets. Stock control receiving and checking stock, following up on missing stock items /stock discrepancies etc. Handling of stock queries both within the company and with customers - including backorder stock recording, follow up and fulfilment of backorders Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Must reside in Midrand area, because they need to travel to the pretoria/johanneburg region Previous administrative experience in a medical devices company is beneficial.
