Responsibilities
: Identify training needs for employees and develop training programs to meet those needs. Deliver training programs to employees. Manage the organization's training budget. Report on training outcomes to management. Work with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that training is effective and meets the needs of the organization. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in training and development. Administer and manage the organization's SETA registration and reporting requirements. Provide administrative support to the HR department, Participate in HR related projects and IR matters as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, training, or a related field. 2-5+ years of experience in training and development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Registration with the Food Bev SETA.
