Responsibilities:
Lead and manage road construction and maintenance projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion with high-quality standards. Monitor compliance with design specifications and conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control. Administer construction contracts, including reviewing contractor payments, change orders, and claims. Liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and align project objectives. Provide technical guidance on engineering issues, including design modifications and on-site problem-solving. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and enforce safety protocols. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed technical and financial reports.
Requirements:
Eng / / Eng in Civil Engineering / Eng registration Minimum 30 years of relevant experience on major road projects Experience with SANRAL roads Proven track record in project management and contract administration Strong leadership and communication skills
