My Client a Building Materials / Hardware supplier ( construction and homebuilding) in Hoedspruit , Limpopo is urgently recruiting for a Yard Manager for this busy building supplier branch.

Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in a Trade - construction , building etc - preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- broad understanding of construction , home building industry
- good time management & organization skills
- ability to function effectively as part of a team
- dependable
- ability to understand and follow directions.
- Driver's License and clean driving record
- Experience in Shop or Yard Management
- Building / Civil Construction knowledge
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage & Organize equipment & materials in yard
- Inventory Bulk Materials weekly
- Purchase, receive, and store bulk materials properly
- Organize & Maintain cleanliness of Shop & Yard
- Facilitate truck maintenance & trailers (along with other equipment)
- Weekly Shop Safety Inspections
- Oversee material waste and dumpster pickups
- Daily deliveries to jobsites (if & when required)
- Shop floor sales
