Job Description
We are seeking adynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to join our team. The successful candidatewill oversee the marketing efforts across multiple facets of our businessofferings, including Ops, BD and overall DLK group marketing needs. From strengtheningour digital footprint, capitalising on latest industry trends; crafting compellingmarketing outputs, this role will be pivotal in driving awareness, engagement andlead generation for DLK Group
Responsibilities: ·Developand maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how socialmedia marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and trafficacross all DLK social sites.
·Coordinateflow of information and communication and disseminate it according to overallmarketing plan/strategy: content, media, website updates, internalcommunication, blog, case study
·Buildand execution of our email and digital communication plan working with the CRM,Business Development and technical team
·Responsiblefor setting up bulk e-mails process
·Oversee digitalmarketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, andonline advertising, to optimize reach and engagement.
·Leadthe development of companywide social media management standards, policies, andrules of engagement
·Grownew leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site trafficthrough calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
·Workwith Business Development to improve organic search engine performance andgoalsetting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions
·Conduct market research andanalysis to identify emerging trends, Client preferences, and competitivelandscapes, informing future marketing efforts
·Mentorand provide training to all DLK individuals throughout the organization on bestpractices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for socialnetworks
·Buildand manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, includingFacebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemedrelevant
·Buildand manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience(including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars,infographics, etc.)
·Identifyways to integrate social media into DLK business strategies and marketingcampaigns.
·Developcontent and managing communications across various social media platformsincluding Facebook, Twitter, Linked In
·Monitor and evaluate theperformance of marketing initiative, using data-driven insights to iterate andoptimize strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing. Communications or a related field advantageous
·Basicunderstanding of Canva/Graphic design
·Experience working with various Marketing tools
·Experience working within the ICT sector
·Tech Savy
·Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
·Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in onlinemarketing and measurement
·Collaborativemindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
·Excellentverbal and written communication skills
·Outstandingon-camera presentation
·Creativethinking and ability to develop content
·Strongtime management with the ability to manage multiple priorities
