If yes, you are invited to apply for the 2025 Actuarial Graduate Programme. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters who are good at working independently but who are also comfortable interacting with stakeholders when required. You must be comfortable working with complex tasks under tight deadlines. You need to have an interest in learning new things and exploiting alternative ways of completing tasks.
You would:
You will gain experience in the exciting actuarial industry that is short term insurance. Working in a professional environment with some of the best short term actuaries in the country. You will be encouraged to find new and innovative ways of solving problems.
Non-negotiable:
Actuarial Science Students completing their Honors in 2024. You will have completed at least 5 Actuarial Examinations.

2025 Actuarial Graduate Programme :
The Recruitment process:
Panel Interview: This will be with 1-2 members of the leadership team, and 1-2 graduate alumni’s. Technical & Psychometric Assessments: These will depend on the role and will sometimes happen concurrently with MIE & Internal Verification
