Requirements:
Must have staff management skills
Manage all costs emanating from the theatre
Plan and organize staffing, including duty hours, timekeeping and leave planning as per KRONOS
Diploma in General Nursing( NQF Level 6) or B Cur Degree (NQF level 7)
SANC Registered
Diploma in Operating Room Science
4+ years of Management experience in an Operating Theatre
Experience in OT Management and Clinical Leadership
