Qualifications
Essential:
•Grade 12/ NQF 4
Desirable:
•Blockman NQF 3
Experience
Essential:
• Previous Management Experience in a customer centric environment
• Meat Industry Experience
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
•Knowledge of Meat Market hygiene and safety standards
•Knowledge of meat cuts/ products
Desirable:
•Basic knowledge of first aid
