One of the largest mines in Mpumalanga which improves and connects communities across South Africa is looking for an HR Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
•Degree in HR / IR / Industrial Psychology or related field.
•Post Graduate qualification on labour law is an added advantage.
•Knowledge of labour legislation.
•Knowledge of mining industry legislation – MPRDA, Mining Charter, etc.
•Minimum of 5-8 years ‘experience as an HR Generalist.
•Experience in mining environment is essential.
