Responsibilities
: Directs and coordinates activities in the Manufacturing department. Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. Coordinates production activities with procurement, planning, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment. This is to be done within the Frame of QA compliance and operating within high standards of cGMP, HSE environmental protection, and good working practices.

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma with 8 to 10 years of related experience in the Cosmetic, FMCG, or related field. Conversant with OSH Act/Labour Laws /ISO Quality Systems IT and numerical skills. Knowledge of systems and processes in a cGMP packaging environment Good technical skills Good analytical skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving Proficient in root cause analysis, with attention to detail Organization and efficiency, Leadership, and interpersonal skill. Confidence, Project management skills, Communication skills, Teamworking skills, IR knowledge.
