RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced GROUP TECHNICAL & SERVICE MANAGER for a large, well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
Relevant qualifications an added advantage (not essential).
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous working experience on the Automate point-of-sale program is essential.
Person should be experienced in coordinating resources on a daily basis and liaise with internal and external key contacts to achieve optimum workshop efficiency and excellent customer service delivery.
Previous working experience in the automotive industry is essential.
Strong staff management skills.
Knowledge of running a workshop.
Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company’s high standards, efficiency and productivity goals are met.
Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
Monitor's technician daily productivity report.
Responsible for assigning and designation job duties to staff.
Person must be willing to travel to other Branches in the KwaZulu-Natal region on a weekly basis.
Working hours – Monday to Friday.
Salary package offered: - Basic salary + pension fund + company vehicle + fuel + 13th cheque + monthly incentive bonus.
