Come start your new journey today! Looking for a Medical Unit Manager in Cape Town to be responsible for supervising, overseeing day to day patient care, developing nurse staff and ensuring quality patient care.
Requirements:
•Relevant Nursing Qualification and registration with SANC or equivalent NQF 7 qualifications
•Shift leading/managerial experience advantageous.
•Private hospital experience advantageous.
•Sound financial knowledge and the ability to interpret financial data.
•The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
