We are looking for a Medical Unit Manager for a private hospital based around the Durban area. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating nursing care and be accountable for coordinating training and development of staff.
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
•Registered with the SANC as a Professional Nurse
•Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Administration
•8+ years’ experience within Medical wards
•Experience as a Unit Manager/2IC
•Prior experience within a private hospital preferred
