Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years experience within advertising, FMCG or retail industry. Proven track record of effective management of sales, meeting and increasing sales budgets. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of the POS industry is helpful, but not essential. Strong computer skills. Confidentiality. Time-management and organization skills. Duties and responsibilities:

Track and report on key sales. Provide clients with insights on execution opportunities. Ability to resolve conflict issues with customers in a professional manner. Deal with all client requests in a timeously. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Management of client contracts. Maintain a good relationship with clients, third party companies and all stakeholders. Track and manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Report and escalate to management as needed.
