This Sector is looking for another talented professional to complement their team, in the form of a Electrical Engineer – Building Services .

Job Summary:
Professionally Registered Electrical Engineer take responsibility for delivery of electrical and electronic building services engineering services for multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion.
Managing Clients, projects and team/s.
Leadership potential for succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Building Services design Electronic Building Services design Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, tender and contract documentation for construction work Successfully plan, organize, manage and control projects Bid and tender preparation and submission Adherence to GIBB QMS system Training and mentoring of junior staff Management of effort, revenue, billing and variances Client interfacing
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
B.sc (Eng) or B.Tech degree in electrical engineering Min 5 years post graduate design experience in electrical/electronics building services projects Professional registration with ECSA Proven construction monitoring and contract administration experience PMP (optional, but advantageous) Min 2 year’s post ECSA registration experience Computer literate – MS office, Teams etc Experience in health sector projects (optional, advantageous) GBCSA qualification (optional, but advantageous) Experience with WTW, WWTW and pumpstation Electrical projects would be advantageous
