At least 5 years’ experience of working in desktop support, Windows Server Support and
Physical Network Installation and support
Skills Required
Windows Desktop Support (7, 8, 10, 11)
Windows Server support (Server 2008 to current version)
Exchange Server support (2010 to current version)
Firewall management – Configuration and support
Understanding of Network Cabling, Routing, Switching VLANs, Wi-Fi
Basic SQL support advantageous
VM Ware / Hyper-V – Basic support advantageous
QUALIFICATION(S) REQUIRED
Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, VMWare, FortiGate / Fortinet certifications an advantage
