The purpose is to create flavors (Beverage and Sweet Goods) for SSA region, which also brings in exposure & opportunity to work on creation for other countries in IMA region (India, Middle East and Africa). Exposure to new raw preoperatory/patent raw material, Innovation and Analytical science for creation. Great exposure for the person coming from other location to understand and explore the SSA market flavor authenticity.

Your key responsibilities
Create a flavor for Beverage and Sweet Goods Application. Have knowledge and experience in use of flavor raw materials (Natural and Nature Identical). Have knowledge of flavor application. Manage the creation and Application projects. Ensure proper brief execution. Deployment of BU strategies within the team. Ensure the usage and promote of innovation solutions.

You bring
Technical background in Food Science / Food Industry / Chemistry (Master) with at least 8 to 15 years of professional experience in a food or flavor industry, preferably having broad knowledge of food industry, with flavor creation skills. A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success. Accountability to decision-making, ensuring alignment with our values and achieving positive outcomes. A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives. A spirit of curiosity, embracing new challenges and pioneering innovative solutions that drive positive change. Leading by example, you bring inspiration and open-mindedness, encouraging exploration and new possibilities for growth. Fluency in English, any other language would be an asset.
