About The Role
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term (18 months contract)
Location: Chelmsford Headquarters and home based working (the role may require travel to other ECL sites on occasion)

ECL are looking for an experienced and qualified Technical Project Manager to join the team and lead on a strategic transformational programme of work.
You’ll play a key part in the implementation and decommissioning of complex IT systems, including effective handover to the business. Utilising exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll lead and motivate a project team, and provide challenge to the norm to ensure that deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded.
About You
To be considered for the role of Technical Project Manager, you will need:
A recognised Project Management qualification (i.e. APM, Prince2, Agile)
Demonstrable experience of successfully managing complex IT implementation projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels
Experience of leading and motivating a project team
The ability to network and forge effective professional relationships
A proactive approach to work and ability to effectively prioritise
A strong understanding of Data Quality and Information Governance best practices
The ability to create, deliver, and present reports
