- Petty cash management (Monthly recon and receipt management)
- Loading and vetting of suppliers
- Management of collections / Debtors management
- Processing of client invoices & Quotes
- Sale quotations and follow up’s within 24 business hours
- Internal Sales
- Reporting
- Stock (Monthly)
- Collections (Weekly)
- Quotes (Weekly)
- Stock Control
- Staff Management
- Cleaner (Responsible for compiling the weekly cleaning schedule and ensuring that it is adhered to)
- Office Administrator
- Leave Management
- Induction of New Staff
- PC Setup
- Welcome (Introductory to other staff members)
- Walk around (Coffee Station, bathrooms, print room etc.)
- General Duties
- Management of the bookings calendar
- Assisting with client queries and management
- Assisting with project and process implementation
