Duties
Talent Management, Organization Development, Training & Performance
- Able to identify organizational learning priorities aligned with the business strategy using key stakeholder involvement to ensure appropriate learning and optimal ROI.
- To manage organizational development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards.
- To identify opportunities for performance improvements.
- Ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
HR Technical Expertise
- Display role model for ethical behaviour and unquestionable integrity in all spheres of work and life.
- Able to develop human resource strategy and align human capital with organizational goals.
- Responsible for statutory compliance under various labour laws.
- Responsible for Visa and Immigration for expats.
- Responsible for service conditions of workers and staff.
- Establish effective mechanisms to receive and act on staff feedback.
- Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfilment of all open requisitions with quality talent.
- Developing robust recruitment process as per the requirements of the business.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with the third parties relevant to talent acquisition initiatives.

- Able to draw commitment from the team to work collaboratively towards goal achievement.
- Able to create a sense of shared responsibility by ensuring achievement of organizational goals/objectives.

Qualifications
MBA/PG in HR & IR. Should have 15+ years of work experience in HR & Admin.

- Proficient in Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, and Organizational Astuteness.
- Ability to think out of the box and can create innovative solutions to work problems.
