Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of PAM services, including monitoring, incident management, and compliance with security policies.
Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of PAM services, including identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and enhanced security measures.
Escalation Management: Act as the primary escalation point for complex PAM issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems promptly.
Policy and Standards Development: Establish and enforce PAM policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational security objectives.
Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and report on the performance of PAM services, including KPIs related to system uptime, incident response times, and user satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their PAM needs, provide updates, and gather feedback for service improvement.
Qualifications:
Certifications: CyberArk Guardian Certification (GUARD) and CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE-Access).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in PAM operations or a related leadership role, with proven experience managing a team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
