The suitable candidate main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: Job Summary : The Security Telkom Contracts Manager is responsible for assisting in managing the contracts related to security services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role includes site visits, Risk assessments guarded and unguarded sites. Overseeing contracts with clients and ensuring the smooth execution of security operations. The Security Contracts Manager works with the operational teams to ensure that security services meet SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities : - Contract Management:
- Overseeing the smooth running of the Telkom contract.
- Assist with SOPs, Risk assessment, Incident reports, risk trackers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with security consultants in the region
- Carry out regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Attend all external audits
- Attend all NKP meetings.
Risk Mitigation: - Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
Performance Monitoring : - Track and assess BPC performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other contractual terms.
- Regularly audit sites contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and performance matrix
- Provide management with reports.
Preferred Qualifications/Attributes/Skills: - Grade A Security qualification (PSIRA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in security contract management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- No Criminal records.
- Able to work after hours as and when required
- Own reliable vehicle
- NKP training will be an advantage
- Familiarity with local and national security regulations.
