My client is seeking an experienced and results-drivenExhibition Sales Managerto lead sales efforts within a very successful b2b show. Your primary focus will be drive the revenue across new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a commercial leader, exceeding revenue targets throughexhibition salesand sponsorship sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and forecasts.
- Secure business via multiple channels, including cold calling, social media, email, face-to-face meetings, and networking events.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by analysing gaps within the existing customer base.
- Leverage sector knowledge and upselling techniques to offer additional solutions to current clients.
- Ensure monthly sales KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Develop a sales plan focused on commercial growth, aligned with the overall event strategy.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting by managing theexhibition salespipeline effectively.
- Organise and manage workloads via the company CRM for precise reporting and forecasting.
- Present complex sales documents and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in floor plan management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns designed to generate sales leads and improve results.

This full-timeExhibition Sales Managerrole requires at least three days in the office weekly, with core hours of 9 AM to 5 PM and some flexibility as needed. The role includes domestic travel for client meetings and industry events, plus occasional international travel.
