- 15-20 years of experience in export management, with a strong focus on fruits (apples, kiwis, pears).
- Proven track record of successful international sales and market expansion.
- In-depth knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Develop and implement export strategies to expand market share in designated regions (Latin America, USA, Middle East, and Europe).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee the entire export process, from order fulfilment to delivery, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Manage and mentor junior sales assistant, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on export performance, sales metrics, and market insights to the VP.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and meetings to promote the companys products and explore new business prospects.
