We design, manufacture, and test industrial turbochargers for the power generation, marine, and rail traction industries. How will you make a difference? Knowledge of modern machining and manufacturing processes, NC programming, ideally from a low-volume, high accuracy manufacturing environment e.g., Aerospace, Power Generation. What will your typical day look like? Lead and manage projects within Manufacturing, taking responsibility for delivery, project planning, execution, and cost.Define manufacturing processes for turbocharger components and assemblies.Creation and maintenance of supporting documentation, including Manufacturing Routings, Layouts, and Instructions.NC programming of multi-axis Turning, Milling, Grinding, and EDM machines.Programming of Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS.Define, perform, and implement investigations into non-conformance through root cause analysis and corrective actions.Procurement of jigs, fixtures, tooling, gauging, and lifting equipment.Interface with supporting departments such as Design, Quality, Procurement, and external suppliers.Generate and implement cost reduction initiatives.What do we want to know about you?
