We design, manufacture, and test industrial turbochargers for the power generation, marine, and rail traction industries.How will you make a difference? Knowledge of modern machining and manufacturing processes, NC programming, ideally from a low-volume, high accuracy manufacturing environment e.g., Aerospace, Power Generation. Candidates must be highly motivated, be a good problem solver and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.What will your typical day look like?Lead and manage projects within Manufacturing taking responsibility for delivery, project planning, execution, and cost.Creation and maintenance of supporting documentation to include Manufacturing Routings, Layouts, and instructions.Define, perform, and implement investigations into non-conformance through root cause analysis and corrective actions.Inspection activities including the creation of non-conformance reports, in process, and final inspection protocols.Work cross functionally with different departments such as Design, Quality, Procurement, and external suppliers.Define and procure jigs, fixtures, tooling, gauging and lifting equipment.Generate and implement cost reduction initiatives.NC programming of multi-axis Turning, Milling, Grinding and EDM machines.Programming of CMMs using PC-DMIS.What do we want to know about you?
