Weekend Car Sales Executive
Hinckley | Weekend Hours Only
National Minimum Wage + Uncapped Commission - £12.71 PER HOUR
Realistic OTE £25,000 - £30,000+ (Pro Rata)
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Weekend Sales Executives to join a busy automotive showroom environment with a high volume of customer enquiries and a large vehicle stockholding.
Working Hours
Saturday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Flexible weekend availability considered
Zero-hours contract
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Arrange test drives and guide customers through the sales process
Promote additional products and services
Follow up sales leads and customer enquiries
Maintain accurate customer records
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Deliver an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle handover
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience preferred but not essential
Motivated and target-driven
Confident building relationships with customers
Professional and enthusiastic approach
