We are currently recruiting for SEN Learning Support Assistants within a college setting, supporting learners with additional needs and learning disabilities.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Role Details:
The Role:
You will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, providing classroom support and helping them develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.
Responsibilities include:

Supporting learners with a range of learning disabilities and additional needs.

Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support.

Encouraging student participation, engagement and independence.

Supporting learners with their personal, social and educational development.

Working alongside tutors and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
Essential Requirements:

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Previous experience supporting young people or adults with learning disabilities.

A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.

A genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs.
