Growing Well is a farm-based mental health charity originating on Low Sizergh Farm near Kendal. The charity also has a commercial catering kitchen, which provides lunches to our volunteers (the people we support) and staff. Growing Well works with people on a weekly basis to help rebuild a sense of purpose, to engage in meaningful and fulfilling activity and to build hope for the future.
