We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Loyalty Support Advisor to join a busy support team, initially on a temporary basis, with an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
You’ll be responsible for handling enquiries from customers and trade partners, providing advice and support across a range of platforms. Using multiple internal systems, you’ll help resolve queries, build strong relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Strong telephone and written communication skills.
Experience handling customer enquiries and building relationships.
Confidence making outbound calls where required.
Excellent IT skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Resilience, patience and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
A proactive, accountable approach to your work.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Respond to customer and trade partner enquiries via telephone and email.
Provide support and guidance on various schemes, programmes and promotions.
Record customer interactions and relevant information accurately on internal systems.
Monitor enquiries and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to support sales and customer retention.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support promotions and customer engagement.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
Provide a professional, efficient and seamless customer journey.
Salary & Working Hours
£13.28 per hour
8.30-5pm Mon-Thurs and (phone number removed)pm on Fridays
