Despatch/Warehouse Operative
Location: Strood, Kent
Hours: 8:15am - 4:15pm
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Despatch/Warehouse Operative to join a busy and successful warehouse team based in Strood. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate pick lists from the warehouse management system
Pick items using a hand-held scanner
Load picked items into trolleys ready for processing
Package and label products accurately
Load completed orders into containers for despatch
Update and maintain stock labelling
Package and process inbound stock deliveries
Carry out general warehouse and despatch duties as required
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all timesCandidate Requirements
Previous warehouse or despatch experience is desirable
Experience using hand-held scanners would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
