Confero Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected Housing Association in Central Scotland to recruit a Property Services Officer to join their Property Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing or property professional with a strong background in responsive repairs, void property management, contractor management, and customer service within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities

Manage reactive repairs and void maintenance services to ensure high-quality outcomes for tenants.

Oversee contractor performance, quality standards, compliance requirements, and service delivery targets.

Coordinate damp and mould cases, ensuring legislative timescales are met.

Carry out property inspections, including complex repairs, void properties, and post-work quality inspections.

Monitor and report on repairs, void performance, and contractor KPIs.

Manage complaints, insurance claims, rechargeable repairs, and alteration requests.

Support and supervise Property Services team members, including performance management and development.

Build positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
About You
-
Previous experience within a social housing, housing association, local authority, or property maintenance environment.

Strong knowledge of responsive repairs, voids management, contractor supervision, and maintenance services.

Experience producing performance reports and monitoring service standards.

Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
