£26,678 - £29,987 basic salary + OTE £42,000+
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Hybrid working available after 12 weeks (2 days per week in the office)

We're looking for an ambitious Direct Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing, award-winning business where your success is recognised and rewarded. This is an exciting opportunity to work with business customers across the UK, helping them find smarter utility solutions while earning an excellent uncapped commission package.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
Generating new business opportunities and converting leads into sales
Cross-selling additional services and solutions to existing customers
Building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
Producing and presenting tailored quotations
Managing objections confidently and professionally
Accurately updating CRM systems and maintaining customer records
Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For
Previous telephone sales experience, in a target-driven contact centre environment
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, resilient and highly driven to succeed
Great attention to detail and organisational skills
Utility industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
