You'll work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to deliver fresh, high-quality food.
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
Take responsibility for your section during service
Support the wider kitchen team when required
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentWhat we're looking for:
You'll be suited to this role if you have a passion for fresh food and enjoy working as part of a busy hospitality team.
Experience as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef, or Chef de Partie
Experience in a restaurant, gastro pub, or wider hospitality setting
A genuine passion for fresh food cookery
A reliable, positive, and team-focused approach
