Actio Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Mechanical Assemblers, Electrical Wirers and Quality Inspectors to join a busy environment.
Whether you have experience in mechanical assembly, panel wiring, cable harness assembly, soldering, or electronic inspection, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Assemblers
-
Mechanical assembly of electronic products and sub-assemblies
-
Working from engineering drawings and assembly instructions
-
Using hand and power tools
-
Ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards
Wirers
-
Wiring and cable assembly
-
Loom and harness manufacture
-
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
-
Soldering and crimping of electrical components
Inspectors
-
Visual and dimensional inspection of components and assemblies
-
Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
-
Recording inspection results and non-conformances
-
Ensuring products meet customer and company quality standards
Candidate Requirements
-
Previous experience in assembly, wiring, inspection or electronics manufacturing
-
Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics or work instructions
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
