Are you the person your clients call first because they know you’ll get things sorted? Do you enjoy keeping accounts running smoothly while hitting your revenue targets?
I’m working with a well-known global consumer data and insights business with a long-established team in Norwich, and they’re looking for a Client Delivery Executive to join them.
You’ll manage your own portfolio of supplier accounts and be a main point of contact, alongside a Customer Success Manager. The day to day is varied. You’ll help clients with product submissions, account queries and anything else they need. Your main revenue focus is securing annual renewals, and you’ll also work with the Client Development team to grow new business, especially by increasing the number of products your clients have on the platform.
It’s a role for someone who likes being organised and staying close to their clients. You’ll set up a good routine with each supplier for new product submissions and revisions, so retail partners always have the content they need. You’ll work with the operations team to make sure items are scheduled for delivery. You’ll also build account development plans and forecast revenue monthly to your manager. If a client has an issue, you’ll own it and bring the right people together to fix it. Targets are quarterly and mainly revenue-based, alongside customer satisfaction and retailer coverage KPIs.
What you’ll bring:
Around 3 years’ sales experience working to targets
A track record of delivering against revenue targets, and the drive to beat them
Good pipeline management and the ability to plan how you’ll grow your accounts
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with confidence presenting
Strong organisation and attention to detail, and you’re happy juggling a busy workload
A collaborative approach, as you’ll work closely with several teams
What’s on offer:
£25,800 – £27,500 basic, plus eligibility for a sales incentive or performance bonus
Private medical insurance
Hybrid and flexible working
Learning and development, including LinkedIn Learning
Volunteer time off and an Employee Assistance Programme
A great team culture
This would suit someone in account management, client services or inside sales who enjoys the relationship side as much as the numbers, and wants to build their career with a global business.
