About Delphi Care Solutions
Delphi Care Solutions is a specialist health and social care recruitment consultancy, partnering with care providers across the UK to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Partnerships Executive to help develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and promote the Delphi brand across the health and social care sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with people, and making a real impact within a growing organisation.
The Role
As a Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients across the health and social care sector.
Working closely with the recruitment and leadership teams, you will identify opportunities, open doors with new organisations, and support the delivery of long-term partnership strategies that drive business growth.
This is a consultative role focused on establishing meaningful business relationships rather than high-pressure sales.

-
Promoting Delphi Care Solutions' services and consultancy offering.

-
Working collaboratively with recruitment consultants to convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
-
Attending networking events, conferences, and sector-specific functions.
-
Developing a strong understanding of market trends and client challenges.
-
Acting as a brand ambassador for Delphi Care Solutions at all times.

Resilient and driven to succeed.
-
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
-
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, account management, business development, customer service, partnerships, or relationship management would be advantageous but is not essential.
