IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer for our client in South Kirkby to start as soon as possible initially on a temporary basis.
Duties:

Pick and pack customer sample orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring safe handling and professional presentation at all times.

Work to tight deadlines in a busy department, responding to high volumes of customer requests.

Monitor sample stock levels, identifying shortages and supporting replenishment to maximise daily dispatch capacity.

Ensure all samples meet quality standards so customers receive the correct items first time.

Maintain attention to detail to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.

Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement within the mailroom process.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements:

Picking/Packing within a Warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills

Confident working in fast-paced environments

Can start ASAP.
