We are looking for a friendly, organised and approachable Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO), supporting housing improvement programmes across the Wirral, St Helens and, occasionally, Manchester.
The role will involve working closely with tenants and residents throughout planned improvement works, ensuring they are kept informed, supported and updated throughout the process.
The Role
You will be responsible for:

Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and residents.

Liaising with tenants before, during and after improvement works.

Keeping residents informed about work schedules and any changes.

Arranging access to properties and coordinating appointments.

Dealing with tenant queries, concerns and complaints professionally.

Building positive relationships with residents, contractors and site teams.

Ensuring works run smoothly with minimal disruption to tenants.
Projects
There may be occasional travel to Manchester depending on project requirements.
