Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £45k + Training & Benefits
A highly respected Legionella Consultancy is recruiting for a qualified Risk Assessor to join their growing South Eastern team. You will be responsible for delivering highly detailed technical feedback directly to clients, whilst ensuring to uphold high service levels and professionalism. Applicants must have strong literacy and IT skills, as you will be producing your own technical reports and schematics. This role is within an industry-leading, independent consultancy, who are renowned for their client retention and tailored services. Experience / Qualifications:

Strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor

Excellent client-facing skills

Must hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments

Robust industry technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Adaptable to travel as per company needs
The Role:

Attending various client sites to perform thorough legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems

Highlighting any compliance issues
-
Collating risk assessment findings to produce detailed technical reports
-
Creating bespoke schematic drawings / floor plans

Liaising directly with clients to discuss findings and provide technical advice

Managing own diary and personal deadlines

Handling simultaneous client accounts

Maintaining strong working relationships with clients

Auditing on completed works to ensure quality
