My client are a tech-driven insurance business that’s doing things differently. Insurance here is digital, customer-focused and always moving forward.
They give their teams the tools, flexibility and trust to do good work, and they want people who’ll bring ideas, not just follow a script.
You’ll join their motor insurance team, helping customers find the right cover and looking after them from first conversation to final policy.
What’s in it for you?
A salary of £26,000–£28,000 depending on your experience
A monthly bonus of up to 12.5% of your monthly pay, based on your performance and teamwork.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, with Fridays at home once you’ve finished induction.
Rainham, Essex based - Hybrid – 4 days office-based

At least 6 months of recent motor insurance experience, whether that’s in a call centre, in a broker or customer service.
