We are seeking a proactive and motivated recruitment professional with at least 2 years' recruitment experience to join a growing team based in Chichester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying great talent and delivering an effective recruitment service across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.

Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

Screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talent.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

Provide recruitment advice and support to hiring managers.

Monitor recruitment activity and contribute to improving processes.
About You

Minimum of 2 years' experience within recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.

Confident building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Proactive, commercially minded and results-driven.

Able to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
