Our client in Glasgow is expanding its customer acquisition team and is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious individuals to join them as Entry Level Business Development Associates.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement and business development, representing established brands and helping connect customers with products and services that meet their needs.
No previous experience is necessary. Just bring a positive attitude, confidence and a willingness to learn!
What You'll Be Doing

Representing established brands through face-to-face customer interactions.

Introducing customers to relevant products and services.

Building positive relationships and creating a great customer experience.

Developing your sales, communication and business development skills.

Working towards individual and team targets.

Taking part in regular coaching, training and team development sessions.
