Sales Assistant | Fashion, Sports Retail | Inverness | 16 hours per week
Are you passionate about retail and enjoy helping customers? Do you have a friendly personality, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering great customer service?
We are recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a well-established fashion and sports retail business at their concession in Inverness.
This is a varied role where you will help customers, drive sales and take ownership of your concession, while being part of a supportive regional team.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will need to travel to support other locations within the region.

The Role
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Help customers find the right products through friendly, knowledgeable advice.
Drive sales and contribute towards targets.
Take ownership of the concession and its day-to-day operation.
Process deliveries and replenish stock.
Maintain attractive displays and merchandising standards.
Develop product knowledge to confidently advise customers.
Travel to other locations within the region when required.
About You
Previous retail experience is essential.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers.
Enjoy working towards sales targets.
Organised, reliable and happy working independently.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
An interest in fashion, sports or outdoor products would be an advantage.
